Sr. no INGREDIENTS QTY UNITS
1. Rice 250 gm.
2. Pepper powder 1 tsp
3. Asafetida ½ tsp
4. Salt 1 tsp
Soak the rice over night. Drain and dry in the sun.
Grind the rice a find powder.
Mix the ground flower, pepper powder, asafetida and salt till well combined.
Add required amount of water gradually to the flower and knead it to a stiff dough.
Divide the dough into lemon size balls
Roll them on the floured board as thin as possible.
Dry them in the sun for two days and store in air tight or tins.
Fry in oil when required.
Papp dams are best served with lunch or dings.
