Almond Bread

3.                  Dry yeast                   1/2          gms         
4.                  Milk                           1/2         gms
5.                  Water                           
6.                   Fat                             ¼            cup

8.                   Almond filling             10            gms


Method:
1.       In a large bowl combine 1 cup flower hanger yeast salt and lemon peel  and  milk ½ cup water and butter until very warm.
2.       Separate one egg reserve egg white for filling whole egg and ½ cup flower to butter blanch almond and cup slice add both.
3.       Make a dough kneed an lightly flowed face until smooth then cover it with a cloth for proofing.
4.       Then divide the dough and make roll and back at 225 o
