1. Raw plantains 6
2. salt to taste
3. coconut oil for frying
Wash peel and slice the bananas as thin as possible.
2. Heat oil and fry the slice when half done reduce heat and sprinkle salt solution over the chips.
Increase heat and fry the chips till crisp drain well.
If desired sprinkle chili powder on chips.
Serve as a sank or as side dish with lunch or dinner along with rice.
