Orange mouse

1.                  Orange juice                220           ml.
2.                  Eggs                             20           no
3.                   Milks                          100         mil
4.                   Cream                         200         gms
5.                    Sugar                          50           gms
6.                    Gelatin                        20          gms

Method:
1.       Mix sugar milk and egg yolks and double boil till thick state.
2.       Add orange juice and cream and mix till all ingredients are mixed together.
3.       Add gelatin and pour into mould.
4.       Leave the mould in chiller till done and serve cold.
