Ingredients:
1/2 pint    Golden Green tea
6 oz.        sugar 
1/2 pint    orange squash 
4 tbsps.    lemon juice
2 small    bottles ginger ale 
1 large     bottle lemonade 
1 orange,   sliced 

Method:
Put the hot tea in a bowl, add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add the orange squash and lemon juice and strain. Chill. Just before serving mix in the ginger ale, lemonade and orange slices.

Ingredients:
4 bags      your favorite tea from our Traditional Teas Collection
1/2 cup(4 oz)   sugar
1 cup (8 floz)   water
1 stick       cinnammon
6 whole     cloves
3 cardamom    pods (optional)
2 tbsp       tea leaves
4 cups (32 floz)    boiling water
juice of 1 large      lemon and 2 oranges
ice cubes
iced water or soda water (club soda) to taste
orange and lemon slices to decorate

Method:
1. Boil the sugar, water and spices for 5 mins, then remove from heat. Put the tea bags in a large pot and pour the boiling water over, leave for 5 mins.
2. Strain into large bowl, add the strained syrup and leave to cool. Stir in the strained lemon and orange juice, then add ice cubes and dilute with iced water or club soda to taste. Decorate with slices of orange or lemon.

Ingredients:
2 Bags   Golden Green tea
1 1/2      cups water
1 cup      honey
1 cup      orange juice
1/2 cup   fresh lemon juice
1 cup      fresh fruit, crushed
1 pint    ginger ale

Method:
Make tea as per instructions on the tea bags. Allow it to cool.  Mix all ingredients except ginger ale. Just before serving add ginger ale and crushed ice. If the punch is too strong for your taste you can dilute with ice water or more ginger ale.

16oz       Water
8 to 12    ice cubes
1 oz       Dalf & half
4 oz       Milk
2oz        Almond Syrup
2 oz       Coconut Syrup

Method:
In a blender combine above ingredients.  Blend in bursts on high till all the ice is chopped fine and the mix is even. Pour into tall glasses and garnish each with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup  lukewarm milk
¼ cup     butter (melted)
3 tbsn     olive oil
¼ cup     buckwheat honey
1 large    egg beaten
4     tsp       instant yeast
  5-5½ cups  whole wheat flour
2 tsp       salt

Method: 
Heat milk to 110-115 F. Pour into a bowl add melted butter, olive oil, buckwheat honey and beaten egg, mix all together until well blended.Add in 3 cups of flour, salt and yeast mix until smooth - about 2 minutes. Allow dough to rest for 20 minutes.
Gradually add flour until the dough becomes a soft dough. Pour out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8 - 10 minutes adding more flour as needed. Place dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let proof for about 1 1/2 hours or till double in bulk.Pour out dough onto a flat surface and knead for a minute or two.
Cut dough in half and shape into loaves. Place into two greased 4.5x8.5 loaf pans. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to double in size. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.

Ingredients:
1 cup    lukewarm milk
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tbsp   oil
1           egg
1           egg yolk
2 tbsp  sugar
2 tbsp  brown sugar
1 tsp    salt
2 cups oats
2 1/2 cups  bread flour
2 tbsp   vital gluten
1 tbsp   cinnamon
2 tsp     instant yeast
1 cup    raisins

Method:
Place all ingredients (except raisins) into bread machine by order of recipe. Set bread machine to a medium crust and use the sweet bread setting (if you have one on your bread machine). Add raisins after first kneading.
 After baking remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Makes a 2 lb. loaf.

Ingredients:
3 ripe      bananas
1/2 cup   soft butter
1/2 cup   white sugar
  1/2 cup   packed brown sugar
4             eggs
1/2 cup   buttermilk
1 tsp       vanilla
2 cups    all-purpose flour
1 tsp       salt
2 tsp       baking power
2 tsp       baking soda
2 tsp       cinnamon
1/2 cup   chopped walnuts

Topping:
1 sliced   banana
1/4 cup    chopped walnuts

Method: 
In a large bowl peel the bananas and break them into small pieces. Use a potato masher and mash the bananas. Set aside.  
In a separate bowl cream the soft butter, white sugar and brown sugar all together with a wooden spoon. Add in the beaten eggs and mix till smooth. Add in the buttermilk and vanilla.
 Continue to mix together till well combined. Add in the mashed bananas, then mix. In a separate bowl combine the flour, salt baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
 Using a wire whisk mix together. Pour the flour mixture into the liquid. Mix together till just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour batter into a well greased 9x 5 loaf pan.
Peel a banana and slice into pieces. Place the banana slice down the middle of the loaf. Top the banana slices with chopped walnuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 - 60 minutes.
 If you place a thermometer into the center of the loaf it should register between 180 to 185 degrees or until a skewer inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
Allow the banana bread to sit for 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Cool on a wire rake.

Ingredients

2-1/4 cups  sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp            baking powder
1/2 tsp        baking soda
1/2 tsp        salt
1/2 tsp        cinnamon
1/4 tsp        nutmeg
1 cup          light brown sugar, packed
1                 egg(beaten)
1 cup          buttermilk
2 tsp          melted butter
1 cup         chopped pecans

Method:

Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and spices; blend in brown sugar. Combine egg, buttermilk, and butter; add to flour mixture, stirring to blend well. Stir in chopped nuts.
Turn batter into a greased and floured 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.gh is just slightly tacky. But smooth and elastic. Knead for 8 - 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups   water (lukewarm)
1/4 cup     shortening (melted)
2 cups      all-purpose flour
1 cup        semolina flour
2 tsp         instant yeast
1 tsp        sugar
1 1/2 tsp  salt

Method: 
In a large bowl combine lukewarm water and melted shortening. Add in one cup of all-purpose flour and instant yeast. Mix together with a wooden spoon until smooth. Add in sugar, salt and semolina flour. Continue to mix together smooth.
Continue to add in the rest of the flour. Once the mixture becomes to hard to mix, pour out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 6 to 7 minutes. The dough should become smooth and elastic. If you are using a stand mixer, knead for 4-5 minutes.
Create a ball and leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes. Be sure to cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth. After 15 minutes roll dough into a 12 inch log. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each piece into a round ball, cover with a damp cloth for 10 minutes. On a well floured surface roll out each ball into a 7 inch round disk. Turn dough over only once. Note: Do not stretch or puncture the dough and make sure you use enough flour so the dough won't stick.
 If you put a hole in the dough you will not get a pocket in the middle. Place 3-4 on a cookie sheet and bake in a pre-heated 450 degree oven for 2-3 minutes. Turn over with a spatula and bake for another 2 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 cups      golden raisins
3/4 cup     dark rum
4 cups      all-purpose flour
2 tsp         baking powder
2 tsp         baking soda
1 tsp         salt
1 1/2 tsp   allspice
1 1/2 tsp   cinnamon
1/2 tsp      nutmeg
3/4 cup     packed brown sugar
3/4 cup     sugar
4              eggs
1 cup       vegetable oil
2 cups     pumpkin puree
1 cup       toasted pumpkin seeds

Method: 
Place the golden raisins into a saucepan. Add rum and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to sit in the rum for 60 minutes. This will help the raisins to absorb the rum. After remove raisins from the saucepan and discard the remaining liquid. Set raisins aside for later. Place flour into a large bowl.
Add in the allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add in the baking powder, baking soda and the salt. Then in a separate bowl pour in the vegetable oil. Using a whisk add the sugars to the oil and mix well.
Add in the pumpkin puree and mix. Add in the eggs one at a time, and then mix till all the eggs are well incorporated. Add the pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture. Stir just till blended. Add in the raisins and mix. Stir in the toasted pumpkin seeds and mix. Place mixture into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 60 minutes or until the temperature reaches 180 -185F. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Place on a wire rack to cool.

Ingredients:
1 cup water     (lukewarm 110 - 115F)
1 cup                buttermilk (room temp.)
1/4 cup             oil
5-6 cups           bread flour
1/2 cup             sugar
2 large              eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp               salt
4 tsp                 instant yeast
Egg Wash:
1 egg      white
3 tbsp     milk

Method: 
Mix together water, buttermilk and oil. Add 1 1/2 cups of flour and mix with a wooden spoon till smooth.
 Add sugar and eggs stir together till smooth. Mix in the salt. Then stir in yeast. Allow to sit uncovered for 15 minutes.
Then add flour a 1/2 cup at a time. Stir till it becomes to hard to mix. Place some flour onto the counter and continue to slowly add remaining flour till the dough is just a little bit sticky (note you may not need all the flour). Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes till smooth and elastic (stand mixer 5-6 minutes with a dough hook).
Place dough into a lightly oiled bowl. Spray the top of the dough with an oil spray. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place for about 1 hour. Pour out onto a lightly floured surface. Cut dough in half and degas the dough. Shape dough into 2 rectangles the length of a 5x9 loaf pan. Roll the dough like a jelly roll being sure to lightly press with each rotation of the dough.
Pinch the seam closed with your fingers. Place into two greased 5x9 loaf pans. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise till double in bulk about 45-60 minutes. After the dough has proofed, make egg wash and brush the tops of the loaves. Wait 5 minutes then brush again. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. If you place a thermometer into the center of the loaf it should register between 180 degrees or when you tap the bottom of the loaf it sounds hollow. Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup           water
1/2 cup           milk
1/4 cup           butter
1/4 cup           liquid honey
1 lg egg         ( beaten )
4 cups           bread flour
4 tsp             instant yeast
1 1/4 tsp       salt
Filling:
1/2 cup          butter
1/3 cup          chives (chopped )
1/3 cup          shallots (chopped )
1/3 cup          onions ( chopped )
1 tbsp            garlic ( minced )
2/3 cup          crispy chopped bacon
2 1/2 cups     Gruyere cheese


Method: 
Heat water, milk and butter in sauce pan till butter is melted. Do not bring to a boil.
Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and allow cooling to lukewarm. Add in honey and 1 1/2 cups of flour mix till smooth. Add in lightly beaten egg and yeast mix till smooth. Allow to sit uncovered for 15 minutes.
Mix in salt and 1 cup of flour.
Pour out onto a floured surface and slowly add remaining flour just till dough no longer sticks to the counter. Knead for 8-10 minutes. Place dough into a lightly oiled bowl.
Spray top with an oil spray. Cover with plastic wrap. Set aside in a warm place for about 1 hour or till double in bulk.
 For filling, melt butter in a medium sized fry pan. Add in garlic saute for about a minute. Add in chives, shallots and onions, till onions are tender. Add in the cooked bacon bits and stir till combined. Set aside to cool. After dough has risen pour out onto a lightly floured surface. Punch down into a small rectangle. Roll out dough into a 12X24 rectangle. Pour filling onto dough. Spread with a rubber spatula, leaving about 1/2 inch around edges.
Sprinkle half cheese on top of filling. Fold over the 1/2 inch edge. Roll the dough like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam closed with your fingers.
Cut the jelly roll into 16-18 pieces. Place each piece into a very lightly greased muffin tins. Cover with plastic wrap let rise till double in size, about 1 hour. Top risen buns with the remaining cheese.
 Place buns into a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tins. Cool on a wire rack.
