Gazpacho soup

Sr. no       INGREDIENTS        QTY     UNITS
1.                  Tomatoes                     6           no.
2.                 Green capsicum            1        no
3.                  Onion                          1        no
4.                  Cucumber                   1        no
5.                  Olive oil                       1        tsp
6.                  White wine vinegar                    
7.                   Chicken stock                 
8.                   Garlic                           4        no.
9.                    Parsley
10.                  Salt                             To taste
11.                   Pepper                       To taste


Method:
1.       Place vegetables and garlic in a bowl add vinegar and oil and toss together gently.
2.       Add tomatoes juice soup season serve  in individual soup with a few ice cubes in
each bowl and gazpacho poured over fresh crusty bread or fried made by prying  squares of bread in hot oil, however with a few  claves of chopped garlic.
