Mushrooms on toast

10.                 Bread toast                    4              pieces
11.                  Cilantro                         1                tsp


Method:
1.       Chop the mushrooms onion celery black olives.
2.       Cut the bread into rounds with a cutter.
3.       Toast the bread prepare the garlic butter.
4.       Heat butter add onions sauté add mushroom black olives sauté add lemon juice.
5.       Adjust the seasoning.
6.       Serve hot garnish with chopped celery.

COLOR: light golden brawn .
GARNISH: chopped celery
