Shrimp ,Red cabbage and cherry vinegar

1.                 Shrimps                       250       gms
2.                  Red cabbage               250       gms
3.                   Lemon                        2          no.
4.                    Olive oil                      2          tsp
5.                   Butter                          2         tsp
6.                    Vinegar                       1
7.                    Salt                           To taste
8.                    Pepper                      To taste
9.                    English mustard           2         tsp

1.       Deshell   the shrimps and take out the nerve and put in salted water.
2.       Cut the cabbage into dices.
3.       Marinate shrimps in salt, pepper, lemon, oregano and olive oil and leave it in chiller.
4.       Marinate cabbage with salt, pepper, paprika and leave it.
5.       Prepare curry vinegar.
6.       Sauté shrimps in butter, till golden brown and mix with red cabbage and curry vinegar.
7.       Adjust seasoning and serve.
