Lime mousse with mango

Sr. no       INGREDIENTS        QTY     UNITS
1.                 mascarpone              1           cup
2.                  Chase                        5          gms.
3.                   Lime grated               5           no       
4.                  Sugar                         1          tsp
5.                   Heavy cream             ½          cup

 Mango juice:
1.                   Mango                      1           no
2.                   Lime juice                  1           tsp

To Decorate:
1.                   Choose berry           4           cup
2.                   Lime rind                 2            tsp.
3.                   strips                        2            tsp

1.       Put the mascarpone ,lime rind and sugar in a bowl mix together.
2.       Mix the heavy cream in a separate bowl and fold into the mascarpone.
3.       Lime & decorative moulds or remaining dish with plastic wrap and the mixture.
4.       To make the sauce slice through the mango on each side of the large plate stone cut the flesh from the pot remove skin.
5.       Turn out the moulds into serving plates arrange 3 slices of mango on each plate and pour sauce around the decorate & serve.
