How to prepare Kachumber salad



Kachumbar salad:

Ingredients: Onions 300 gms
  Tomatoes 200 gms
Cucumber 150 gms
Green chillies  4 no
Mint  5 gms
Coriander 10 gms
Lemon juice 60 ml
Leomn  1 no
Salt&pepper        To taste


preparation:    
                 step 1. Chop  onions roughly.
                        2. Wash and cut tomatoes in to quarters,and than deseed
                            the  tomatoes and cut in to dices .
                 3. Peel and cut cucumber into quarters than deseed,and cut into dices.
                 4. Slit the green chillies ,deseed  and chop.
                 5. Chop mint and coriander .
                 6. Cut the lemon into wedges.
                 7. Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl  and add the lemon juice to it.
                 8. Adjust the seasoning.Serve chilled with lemon wedges.
