Chilled water melon soup

Sr. no       INGREDIENTS        QTY     UNITS
1.                watermelon                    ½              kg
2.                 Ginger                           2              tsp.
3.                 mint leaves                   4               no.                                 
4.                 Black salt                       for taste
5.                  white wine                    4             tsp

Method:
1.       Cut the water melon and remove the pulp and deseed it.
2.       Then put in a blender and strain the juice .
3.       Then add the white wine, black pepper salt then add a pinch of black salt.
4.       Garnish with chopped mint .
5.       Put it in the refrigerator white serving put few cubes in it .
   

QUALITY STANDERDS:
COLOR: light red.
CONSISTENCY:  soup & liquid
GARNISH: chopped mint leaves.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: serve chilled with ice cubes.
