CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP

1 .                   Broccoli                    200             gms
2.                     Garlic                        30              gms
3.                     Butter                        50              gms
4                      Potatoes                     150           gms
5.                      Stock                        200            ml
6.                      Salt                            to taste 
7.                      Pepper                       to taste 


Methods:
1.       Cut the broccoli into florets and dip in salt water.
2.       Boil broccoli till ¾ done and allow it to cool.
3.       Chop garlic and chop potatoes.
4.       Melt the sautéed ingredients together and sauté garlic potatoes and broccoli
5.       Blend the sautéed ingredients together  and form into soup consistency by adding stock.
6.       Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
