HOW TO MAKE Sakri


Sakri


Sr. no       INGREDIENTS      QTY     UNITS
1.                  Toor dal                  100          gm.
2.                   Tomatoes                  1            no
3.                    onions                     1            no 
4.                    cucumber               ½            tsp
5.                    pepper                   ½            tsp
6.                    salts                         to taste          
7.                    cumin                     ½            tsp.  
8.                    green chilies            2             no
9.                    lime juice                30           ml
10.                  oyster                 500              gm


Methods:
Toor dal pressure cook the dal for 5 wastes .
Cut all the veg in to very chop and keep aside.
Roat the onions and ground with green chilies.
Strain the boiled dal with a strains and refroze it for 10 min.
After refroze the dal add grounded raw, pepper ,salt, onions,cucumon onions ,lime juice.
Pour in to bolus put the spoon of in middle refroze it serve cool or chilled.

HOW TO MAKE Malpua

3.                   suji                           50         gm
4.                    water                  as required
5.                    sugar                   to taste


Method:
Boil the milk it reduce to its quantity.
 Roast the raw till light brown add to the milk.
I should be smooth pouring consistency heat the take the batter in a glass.
Down in circle movements into the ghee to from a small pan cake.
Make a sugar 1 through consistency pip the malpua in the pan and put on a plate.



HOW TO MAKE Phulkas

1.               wheat flower          250          gm.
2.               salt                      to taste
3.               water                as required 
4.               oil                         2                tsp


Method:
Put the flower ,oil and salt mix with water make a dough . it should be smooth and elastic.
Heat an ungreased griddle. Kneed again make ½ inch balls make it or roll in to chopped .
Put chukkas on the hot griddle cook for about 1 min cook the other.


HOW TO MAKE Pea pulao

5.                  grinder, garlic           5             no
6.                  cloves                       5           no 
7.                  cinnamon                  3        sticks
8.                  cardamoms               3          no
9.                  ghee                        2            tsp
10.                salt                    to taste
11.                 coriander leaves       2        bunch
12.                 cashew nuts           10           gm

Method:
Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan add the ginger garlic paste when it brown add the coriander cinnamon cumin cloves and onions.
Fry till the onions turn transparent now add the peas cash nuts low heat till the peas are cooked.
Mix in the cooked rice and heat through eat when hot with a veg or meal dish



how to make Laal maas

4.                   curd                   100         gm
5.                   onions paste        3            no.
 6.                  red chilies            10          no
7.                    coriander seeds    2            tsp
8.                    garlic paste          2            tsp 
9.                    turmeric powder   2           tsp
10.                  garam masala      ½             tsp
11.                  salt                    to taste.
12.                  coriander          10             gm


Method:
Cut and wash the lamb .
Make paste of red chilies and coriander seeds and strain mix lamb ,onion paste red chili coriander paste turmeric and salt keep aside for 10 min.
Heat oil in a pan sliced onions and fry until it brown remove from fire.
Add lamed mixed with spies  and cook till oil gets separated.
Add water in a pan and when it boils put the garlic paste simmer until lamb in cooked properly.
Add water if required finish with garam macula and coriander leaves.

                 

how to make Paneer mirch

5.             red chilies                    50      gm
6.             cumin seeds                   1      tsp
7.             oil                                 2      tsp
8.             ginger                           1      tsp
9.              salt                       to taste
10.          garam masal                ½               tsp
11.          coriander leaves           

Methods:
Soak the red chilies in water for few min. and make a fine paste of them.
Heat oil in a pan fry the paneer cubes and put in the water.
Add in a small amount of oil fry the cumin seeds and onions till brown.
Add garlic ginger paste chopped ginger red chilies, chopped tomatoes and whole green chilies fry macula.
Add salt and garam macula until to this add paneer and and cook until the paneer is done and serve.
