CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE
Chocolate Souffle Recipe
Sr. no  INGREDIENTS       QTY        UNITS
1 .           Chocolate                 6                 2
2.            Butter                      2/3              cup
3.            Egg                           4                 
4            Orange juice               2               tsp
5.             Sugar                        3              tsp
6.            Wiped cream            ¼              tsp
  
Method:
1.       Generously butter six(6) , 1/3 cup remaining sprinkle each with a little sugar and top out any excess.
2.       Melt chocolate and butter and stir until smooth.
3.       Beat egg yolks and orange juice and set aside.
4.       Grease a bowl and whisk egg whites.
5.       Add tarter cream and whisk.
6.       Add all the mixtures and pour into modules.
7.       Bake the soufflé’s  for 10-12 min and serve with scarce.
      

QUALITY STANDERDS:
COLOR: Black.
CONSISTENCY: Soft.
TEXTURE: spongy.
GARNISH:  sniped cream. 
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:  serve hot.
