Red cabbage and potato salad

Sr. no       INGREDIENTS     QTY     UNITS
1.                  Potatoes               250          gms.
2.                 Onions                          
3.                 Carrot                                        
4.                 Cabbage red          250         gms
5.                 Salt                        To  taste
6.                Pepper                     2             gms 
7.                 Clove garlic            ½          tsp

Method:
1.       Cook  potatoes and cut into dices.
2.       Cut cabbage dices.
3.       Mix it with potatoes.

Dressing:

1.       Put the pepper corm in a blender food processor along with the other ingredients blanch to the desired size.
2.        Pour oven potatoes and cabbage and toss in coat.
