Mustard vegetable

Sr. no       INGREDIENTS        QTY     UNITS
1.                  Beet roots                    100          gms.
2.                  Carrots                        100           gms
3.                   Potatoes                     100          gms         
4.                   Basil flower                 100          gms
5.                   Butter                            2              tsp
6.                    Mustard seeds          10             gms
7.                    Pepper                        To taste.
8.                    Salt                              To taste.

Method:
1.       Cut the vegetable into baton shape and keep it a side.
2.       Blanch the vegetables and allow to cool
3.       Heat a pan add butter and mustard seeds.
4.       When mustard seed crackle , add vegetables and sauté .
5.       Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
