Veg sausages and mustard

1. Potatoes 100 gms
2. carrots 100 gms.
3. beans 150 gms
4. cauliflower 100 gms
5. salt & pepper to taste
6. mayonnaise 150 gms
7. sausages 100 gms
8. Butter 50 gms
Method:
1. Clean and cut the vegetable into dices and cut cauliflower in to florets.
2. Blanch the veg by adding salt in the water.
3. Cut sausages in to tree small pieces and sauté to butter till tender.
4. Prepare mayonnaise and mix all the veg and sausages in it .
5. Serve at room temperature .
