Salsa DIP Tortilla chips
Sr. no INGREDIENTS QTY UNITS
1. Tomatoes ½ kg.
2. Onion 1 no
3. Green pepper 1 no
4. Coriander 2 tsp
5. Salt & pepper to taste
6. Tabasco 1 tsp
7. Olive oil 1 tsp
8. Plain flower 450 gms.
9. Card 3 tsp
10. water 1 cup
11. oil per fry
Method:
1. Chop skinned tomatoes finely and mix with just of ingredients.
2. Cook on medium heat till well blended about 15-20 min.
3. Cool and use as a dip for potato chips carrots sticks.
Method:
1. Sift the flower and salt into bowl put the lard into the mixture till it resemble bread crumbs.
2. Add oil, fry until crisp and golden drain on kitchen towel.
3. Repeat process till all the dough has been uses.
