Method:

1.       Cut the melon and take out the palp in shape of balls.

2.       Deshell shrimps.

3.       Prepare mayonnaise and leave it aside.

4.       Sauté shrimps in butter and garlic and sauté for 2 min.

5.       Mix all ingredients with mayonnaise and adjust the seasoning.
