how to make Mulligatawny soup

5.                   curry leaves                 1
6.                  oil                                15          ml
7.                   tomatoes                    200         gm

9.                  onions                          15          gm
10.                cinnamon                   a pieces
11.                coriander                      10           gm
12.                fennel                            10          gm
13.                cumin                            10          gm
14.                 turmeric                       a pinch
15.                 fenugreek                    a few
16.                 boil rice                         85           gm
17.                salt                                 
18.                carrot                             55             gm   


Methods:
Clean and veg into small pieces.
Roast and powder coriander , cumin & formed .
Add veg stock coriander fennel and cumin powder, turmeric, fenugreek half the onions garlic, cinnamon curry leaves, tomatoes and salt.
Strain and through a sieve saving a few garnish.
Extract coconut milk from the coconut milk from the coconut and add to the soup.]
Add soup lime juice and more salt if necessary remove and serve hot.
