HOW TO MAKE Sakri

1.                  Toor dal                  100          gm.
2.                   Tomatoes                  1            no
3.                    onions                     1            no 
4.                    cucumber               ½            tsp
5.                    pepper                   ½            tsp
6.                    salts                         to taste          
7.                    cumin                     ½            tsp.  
8.                    green chilies            2             no
9.                    lime juice                30           ml
10.                  oyster                 500              gm


Methods:
Toor dal pressure cook the dal for 5 wastes .
Cut all the veg in to very chop and keep aside.
Roat the onions and ground with green chilies.
Strain the boiled dal with a strains and refroze it for 10 min.
After refroze the dal add grounded raw, pepper ,salt, onions,cucumon onions ,lime juice.
Pour in to bolus put the spoon of in middle refroze it serve cool or chilled.
