Lemon Sunrise Punch
Ingredients:
Mint leaves
Lemon or lime 1
Unsweetened lemon and lime barley water, chilled 1 cup (250 ml)
Lemon squash, chilled 1 litres
Soda water, chilled 1 litres
Sugar to taste (optional)
Method:
Set whole mint leaves in ice cubes. Slice lemon or lime thinly. Combine barley water, lemon squash and sugar, drop lemon slices in punch and just before serving, add soda and mint ice cubes.
