Method:
Wash and cut auarikai cross width wise.
Put the cut pieces in a pan. Along with chopped onions, tomatoes, crash grinder, garlic, turmeric powder, red chilies powder, coriander , salt and water.
Cook for qualities mean while wash and devein the proper keep aside.
Now heat oil in a small pan and add mustered red chili cumin seeds, split block gram and leaves.
Treat fry the cooked veg then seasoning and mix well.
Add in the grated coconut paste and pour in it simmer the whole mixture until it become a thick.
