1. karela ½ kg
2. tamarind pulp 3 tsp
3. salt 1 tsp
4. coriander powder 3 tsp
5. samt 2 stp
6. oil 2 tsp
7. cumin seeds ½ tsp
8. water 2 tsp
9. ving 1 pinch
10. cilantro for garnish
Method:
Wash better grad slap it make a long slitin the centre .
Apply salt in the centre apply.
Remove seeds of the better ground now add the slaffn.
Put tamarind pulp in about add 2 tsp salt coriander and chili powder.
Fill the bitter grad with this
Heat oil in a pan and cumin seeds. And then allow to create.
Add bitter grade cook on all side on low heat remove from heat once cook.
Add water cover with lid accurately stir.
