how to prepare hyderabad mutton biryani


                            HYDERABADI MUTTON BIRYANI


                                      

Ingredients:

1 kg          Rice
1 kg         Mutton
100 gms   Green Chillies
50 gms     Fried Onion
1 bunch   Coriander Leaves
1bunch    Pudina
2               Lemon
1/4           Curd
1/4 kg      Ghee
10 gms    Cardamom
10 gms    Cinnamon
10 gms    Cumin seeds
10 gms    Cloves
40 gms    Ginger
20 gms     Garlic

Method:
Wash mutton and take it in a vessel.
Grind green chillies, ginger, garlic, spices, fried onion, and mix them all, then add this mixture to the meat.
Then add curd to it, mix the stuff thoroughly. Leave the material for half an hour.
Take 2 litres of water in a vessel and put it on the stove.
When water boils well put the rice in the vessel. Take out the semi-cooked rice and spread it on the meat and spices mixture as a layer. Take some more rice and spread as second layer. Finally, spread the fully cooked rice.
Prepare a mixture of one cup of boiled water and 1/4 kg ghee and spill it on the rice.
Now put a plate on the vessel and seal the edges with dough. Put the vessel on the stove, cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
Then turn off the stove. Leave the stuff for 15 minutes.
Hyderabadi mutton biryani is ready to serve.

preparation of paneer butter masala

Ingredients



  • 3           big tomatoes - pureed
  • 250       g paneer - cubed
  • 2            big onions
  • 1            bay leaf
  • 2            cloves
  • 1 tbsp     ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp       red chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp    cashew nut paste
  • 1/2 tsp    turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp      dhania powder (dry coriander powder)
  • 1/2 tsp   kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  • 1 tsp      tandoori masala (optional for color)
  • 2 tsp      garam masala powder
  • salt and lemon juice - to taste
  • 3 tbsp     butter
  • 3 tbsp     fresh cream
  • fresh coriander - chopped for garnish

method:

  1. Skin the onions and blanch them in hot water for 3 mins, then ouree them to form a paste. Do the same with tomaotes, unless you are using tomato puree directly.
  2. Take 1 tbsp of ghee, heat in a pan for 2 mins, the saute the paneer cubes in it till golden brown; Now take 1 cup hot water, add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder to it and immerse the paneer cubes in it for 10-12 mins. Then remove the pieces, drain them on a tissue paper and keep aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan, add the bay leaf and the cloves, then add the onion paste and saute till light-brown. Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 3 minutes. Add chilli powder, followed by the cashew paste and fry for 5 mins.
  4. Add tomato puree, crushed kasuri methi,coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Stir and let it simmer for some time.
  5. Add the paneer cubes and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add a small cup of water and let it cook on medium heat till you get the desired curry consistency. Remove from fire, stir in remaining butter and fresh cream.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.

recipe of ICED CHOCOLATE COFFEE


                       ICED CHOCOLATE COFFEE

                                                             
Ingredients:
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
8 fl oz double-strength coffee
12 fl oz cola beverage
1/4 cup sugar
20 fl oz milk
Whipped cream or ice cream

Method:
Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Stir in sugar.
Gradually stir in hot coffee, mixing thoroughly.
Add milk and continue cooking until all particles
of chocolate are dissolved and mixture is smooth - about 10 minutes.
Pour into jar, cover and chill. When ready to serve, stir in chilled cola beverage. Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. Top with either whipped or ice-cream.

how to make Iced Coffee Drink


                            Iced Coffee Drink 

                                                  
Ingredients:
2 cardamom sticks
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 cup strong coffee (with sugar if preferred)

Method:

Crush the cardamom pods in a pestle and mortar to release the small black seeds.
Spoon the ice cream onto the coffee and scatter with the seeds.
Drink or spoon the coffee through the melting ice cream.

Ingredients:
1 cup of coffee or try Pumpkin Spice flavoured coffee
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup of cream
Dash of nutmeg

Method:
Beat the sugar and egg yolk together. Place cream in a saucepan and heat over low setting, do not burn. Wisk the egg mixture into the warmed cream, heat until hot. Add coffee to mugs and top with the cream mixture. Garnish the coffee with nutmeg.

Ingredients:
1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
1 pint of vanilla ice cream, softenend
6 tbsp of chocolate syrup
1 cup prepared cold coffee

Method:
Blend hot coffee and chocolate syrup in blender. Blend until smooth. Cool the mixture to room temperature. Pour the mixture into a medium bowl. 
Add the softened ice cream and cold coffee. With a rotary beater, beat until smooth. Spoon into tall glasses and serve immediately.

                                   Coffee Milkshakes
                                                      
Ingredients:
1 pint of coffee ice cream
2 tsp finely ground coffee
1/2 cup light rum (optional)
4 to 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
Instant coffee powder

Method: 
Spoon coffee ice cream into blender. Add rum and finely ground coffee. Blend on high until creamy smooth.
 Pour into tall glasses, adding a scoop of the vanilla ice cream to each glass. Sprinkle lightly with instant coffee powder.

Ingredients:
1.1 ounce of chocolate mint liquear
2.Dash of shaved chocolate
3.Whipping cream (optional)
4.Regular coffee or try Dutch Chocolate Decaf flavored coffee

Method:

Brew your regular coffee, add the 1 ounce of liquear into your cup. Add some whipping cream if desired and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.

how to prepare Spiced Orange Coffee

Ingredients:
1 tsp fresh, grated orange peel
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
5 whole cloves
Regular amount of your usual coffee or try Swiss Chocolate Orange flavoured coffee

Method:
Add the above ingredients together and brew as normal. Place a slice of orange at the bottom or your cup. 
Pour in coffee and add suger and cream to taste. Top with whipping cream and sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon if so desired.

                                       Irish coffee
                                         
Ingredients:
1 tsp of sugar
1 jigger of Bush mills Irish whiskey
2/3 cup of coffee or flavoured Irish Crème coffee
1/4 cup of heavy cream, lightly whipped

Method:
Preheat the glass with hot water.  
Dump the water out and add the hot coffee with the teaspoon of sugar and stir. 
Add the jigger of whiskey, and top with the whipping cream. Dark coffee's are best for this recipe.
